Rujak Cingur
A specific Surabaya wet food, ingredient some fruits like cucumber, unripe manggo, pineaple, also it could be added with lontong, tahu, tempe and cingur (tulang rawan), included some vegetables, mixed with crushed of petis and chili. This wet food was named rujak cingur because it's specific of petis (made by schrimp) and cingur which You couldn't find such food except in Surabaya.
